Just ask the 16,880 community members treated in 2016 fiscal year who felt that the severity of their symptoms had been reduced. Ask the 95% of our clients who saw a reduction in their drug and/or alcohol use. Ask the providers who are now using the first-ever-in-Colorado whole Health Information Exchange program we launched with the Quality Health Network. And finally, ask yourself to make mental health a priority in your family today.
We are a high-performing team of professionals, providing thought leadership in the behavioral health field. We constantly search for and implement the most recent Evidence-Based Practices when treating our clients, meaning all our treatment methods are proven to be effective. We tailor each mental health care plan to the individual’s illness or disorder, their background and their preferences. We are committed to objectively reviewing our practices to ensure we provide our clients with the latest techniques in therapeutic excellence. You or your loved one are in good hands when you choose Mind Springs Health and West Springs Hospital.
Mental Illness and Addiction affect all aspects of life, that’s why we’ve established treatment teams that reach beyond the typical office visit. Each treatment team is made up of a diverse group of professionals, dedicated to client success. Peers who have been diagnosed with the same mental illness, provide insight and support. We offer support groups for both clients and their families, and assign Case Managers to patients to track their progress and ensure they’re receiving the support they need. We provide 24/7/365 crisis services to cover immediate needs and we are constantly evolving our continuum of care to keep the client at the center of our treatment philosophy.
There’s a reason we were named 2016 Non-Profit of the Year by Vail Valley Partnership, and here’s why: As a non-profit, our mission is to rebuild lives and inspire hope by providing exceptional mental health and addiction recovery care in our community.
We believe affordable mental health care is an essential need in every community, and unlike many private practices we accept most insurances including: Rocky Mountain Health, United, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente & more. The money invested in our organization is spent creating and expanding comprehensive, well-planned mental health care services to uplift our local community and inspire wellness.
