Each week, our therapy offices have time set aside to meet with new clients. Please call our office to schedule.

As a new client, you will be asked to fill out some paperwork, so that we can learn a bit about you. Someone from our treatment team will meet with you to talk about your experiences and determine what kind of treatment would be best for you.

After you fill out some paperwork and meet with someone from the treatment team, we schedule your first therapy appointment.

Talking about mental health may not come naturally but having strong relationships and connecting with others can help break down barriers and empower people to get the help. By asking the question, “How are you, really?”, you can help start a conversation with someone in need and work towards destigmatizing mental health in our community.
