Getting Started

Are you or a loved one suffering from depression, anxiety, ADHD, or another mental illness? We’re here to help! Mind Springs Health of Steamboat Springs provides outpatient counseling and therapy for a wide range of behavioral health problems.

Our Steamboat Springs based therapists specialize in evidence-based practices, meaning the treatment you or a loved one will receive has been proven to be effective. We help seniors, adults, children and adolescents. We have same-day appointments available. Make the first appointment for you or a loved one today. We provide counseling and therapy for:  schizophrenia, addiction, suicidal thoughts, PTSD, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, ADHD and depression.

We treat people of all ages and services are offered on an income-based sliding scale. We look forward to helping you and your loved ones on your journey to mental well being.

As a new client, you will be asked to fill out some paperwork, so that we can learn a bit more about you. Someone from our treatment team will then meet with you to talk about how you are feeling and what you are experiencing.  We hope to get you in for your first appointment within seven days (or sooner) of your first contact with us. Due to a strong demand for services, which can vary between locations, your first therapy appointment may occur a little bit longer than seven days.  Our priority is to ensure that you receive the help you need from professionals who are best aligned with your specific needs.
