Mind Springs Health, as your community mental health center, is committed to making mental health therapy available to everyone in the community and offers a number of options to pay for services .  In addition to accepting MasterCard and VISA, please see the tabs on the left to find the payment option right for you.

Insurance

We accept most private health insurance plans including, but not limited to:

• Aetna
• Cigna
• UMR
• United Behavioral Health/Optum Health
• Anthem
• LifeSynch

Please speak with the Business Services Associate at your local office if you have questions.

Medicaid/Medicare

We accept Medicaid (also known as Health First Colorado) and Medicare.

Financial Assistance

Mind Springs Health is committed to reducing financial barriers to treatment for those members of our community who are without insurance or other funding sources and offers a greatly-enhanced sliding scale fee discount for behavioral health services when appropriate.

Discounts are available to clients who are

  • within 500% or less of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
  • uninsured or have insurance coverage that does not include mental health benefits
  • not enrolled in Health First Colorado (Medicaid) or other publically-funded programs

Employee Assistance Program

As part of an employee benefits package, your employer may offer an assistance program to help you deal with issues and concerns that may adversely affect your work, health and wellbeing. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides access to mental health and behavioral counseling and referral services.

EAPs are provided by your employer to help you deal with any situation that you feel is becoming a problem. Your counseling sessions are kept strictly confidential in accordance with Colorado law.

for West Springs Hospital Inpatient Services

We are a private, not-for-profit psychiatric hospital dedicated to providing you and/or your loved one with world-class care here in Colorado.  Our team will work with you and your family prior to admission and throughout your treatment
to determine the most cost-effective treatment that meets clinical needs.

In addition to accepting MasterCard and VISA, West Springs Hospital is in-network with most major insurance providers and we often work with out-of-network insurers as well.  Health First Colorado (Medicaid) and Medicare are also accepted for payment.
